Been teaching my kids about Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Ramadan, and Christmas this week. It's been pretty great.
Got the wine job, but we're still sussing out the details. Doesn't pay much, but it will be a great way to make connections. I'm a bit mad that it's so many hours, 10am-8pm, which means way less time with Nathan, but I'll see him a few days later for Christmas, so no big.
Still a bit under the weather from that stomach whatever.
Right. Bed.

We presume that you won't be doing the "wine job" at the same time that you are teaching so what's it all about? Has your shopping spree finally caught up with your bank balance?
Loved the last blog, particularly the fish story, only Jess we thought....
We spent the day in Plymouth yesterday as we had no electricity from 9.00am to 5.00pm. It seems that "Europe" has decided that having 11KV overhead power lines is no longer allowed so they have buried them further up the lane from us. We did follow your example though and shopped until we dropped, goodness knows how many places we went into looking for one specific gift, but we found it at the end. Plus we bought four - yes four - single electric blankets with furry tops so that our Christmas visitors won't get their tootsies cold when they stay with us. I'm a little worried that Grandma has done permanent damage to the chip on her credit card, it must have got quite warm with all that swiping...
Hope that this tummy bug is soon resolved, perhaps lay off the meat products for a while if you can.
Take care
Grandma and Grandpa
If you're going to teach about Kwanzaa, you should at least mention Festivus. I mean, they're sort of equally made up.

Austin is preparing me for Harbin. It snowed last night, enough that it is still on the rooftops and I'll have to clear off the car. Of course it will all be gone by noon.
Love you, Mom
